Paypal

You have the option of easily paying with your PayPal account. After completing your order you will be forwarded to PayPal and can complete the payment process with just a few clicks.

Please note that we will have a credit check performed for purchases by invoice by Deltavista GmbH or Creditreform Boniversum GmbH. We reserve the right to require payment for your order by another accepted method (e.g. advance payment) if we receive a negative credit report. We will inform you immediately of this decision. If you are late with payment, late payment interest fees and other costs will apply.

SHIPPING

Shipping and return shipping are completely free – we at Schiesser will cover these costs.

We will ship your order as an insured package with our logistics partner DHL Paket. We also use the DHL Service GoGreen. Environmental protection is very important to us, so we send all packages 100% CO₂-neutral. Schiesser GmbH compensated for a total of 447.80 tons of CO2 in 2022. To compensate for the CO2 emissions caused by transport, DHL invests in climate protection projects that are certified according to international standards. You can find more information here:

For orders to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, please visit schiesser.ch.

You can have your package shipped to your home address or to any other address within the countries we ship to. Alternatively, we can deliver your order to a package station or a DHL office in Germany.

If you are not at home when your package arrives, the courier will leave a notification for you. It's possible that the postman has left your package with a neighbor or you can pick it up at the specified post office. You can always check the latest status of your shipment using the tracking number included in your shipment confirmation email.
