Delivery by Christmas

Have you bought all your Christmas presents yet?
In order to ensure that all of your presents are under the tree on time for Christmas Eve this year, please note the following order deadlines:

Germany*: 20th December 2024
Neighbouring countries (except France)**: 14th December 2024
Other European countries***: 10th December 2024

All parcels delivered to a Deutsche Post branch by this date at closing time will be delivered by Christmas Eve.

Important: the specified order deadlines do not apply if you have selected “payment in advance” as the payment method.

Should a gift not meet your expectations after all: For orders placed by 24 December, we are extending the right of return until 20.01.2025.

There is no extended payment deadline.

**Guaranteed delivery until the holidays: valid until Saturday, the 14.12.2024 for all orders with a deliverable address in the following countries: Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Belgium, Denmark; applies only if all items are in stock and the payment has been received (excluding purchase on account). Does not apply to delayed delivery due to forces majeures, weather, strikes or time delays in the event of a credit check. Delivery will be attempted once. This includes leaving the parcel with the customer, at a branch/shipping center or with a neighbor with or without customer signature, refusal to receive or unsuccessful delivery due to erroneous or incomplete address information as well as the customer not being present.

***Guaranteed delivery until the holidays: The promotion is valid until Tuesday, the 10.12.2024
for all orders with a deliverable address in the following countries: Finland, Ireland, France, Italy, Sweden, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary; applies only if all items are in stock and the payment has been received (excluding purchase on account).
