Please check whether our payment reminder has ended up in your spam folder. However, if you have returned goods, please check whether the amount of the reminder corresponds to the value of your return. In this case, please contact our customer service at kundenservice@schiesser.com so that we can refund you the correct amount to balance your account. 

Did you receive a payment reminder from us despite payment or return? First of all, there is nothing to worry about: our first email to you is just a reminder that the payment deadline is approaching. If you have already paid or returned an order, simply ignore it. If you have received an unjustified reminder, inform our customer service at kundenservice@schiesser.com. It may happen that the payment reminder overlaps with the confirmation of your payment or return. Please allow 15 business days for us to review and credit your return. As soon as we have done so, we will confirm this by email. After that you will receive an email confirmation from us that everything has been taken care of. If you have already transferred the money, give us around five business days to allocate your transfer. When this has happened, we will notify you by email. In order for your payment to be clearly assigned, please always state your order number as reference. If you have not done so, please allow us time to review your payment. We can either log your payment or transfer your payment back to you. Also remember to transfer each order separately so that we can allocate your payments. If you have paid for several orders in one transfer, the amount may only be assigned to one order and the excess amount will then be credited to your account again. In this case, please check your account statements.

Please transfer your invoice amount on time. You will receive a payment reminder after 14 days and the first payment due notice after 30 days. If we still do not receive an incoming payment, you will be sent another reminder with a new request for payment. The third reminder incurs a five euro reminder fee. If you ignore this last reminder as well, we will hand over the claim to our debt collection agency. In order to avoid the resulting inconvenience and additional costs, please transfer the amount on time.

It usually takes five to seven business days from the time we receive your return until the amount in question is refunded.

Yes, VAT is included in our prices.

If you have not paid any outstanding amounts even after the third reminder, we will hand over your claim to our debt collection agency (see also "I have received a payment reminder, what do I have to do?"). You will then receive a payment request from Paigo and additional fees will apply.  

If you cannot select your preferred payment method, please check the following points:

• Do your delivery and billing address not match?
  
• Have you possibly not yet paid (in full) for previous orders?
  
• Have you made a typing error?
  
• Have you recently changed your name or address and not yet informed us?

If the selected payment method still does not work, please choose another one.

For new customers, the maximum order value depends on the result of the credit check and is between 200 and 500 €. Existing customers can order on account for up to €500, above which orders can be paid for by credit card, Paypal, prepayment and Sofortüberweisung. Regardless of the payment method, the maximum order value is €1,500 or CHF 1,500.

New customers

We reserve the right to carry out a credit check in compliance with all relevant data protection regulations; in the event of a negative credit report, in particular if you are in arrears with invoices from previous orders in our online shop, we reserve the right to process your order only for the payment methods suggested by us (e.g. cash in advance).

We will inform you of this decision without delay, in any case before a purchase contract is concluded (cf. § 2 para. 3 of these GTC).

Existing customers
